We want to support people in leadership roles on their journey to becoming the kind of leader they themselves would follow.

Leadership is a natural part of our lives and everyday routines. But what exactly does leadership involve, and what skills will be needed in the coming years to lead your team effectively amidst the digital revolution? What defines modern, people-centred leadership? What drives you to lead others in the first place?

Programme structure and modules

• The programme runs for up to 12 months and combines face-to-face modules, online meetings and self-study
• There are four face-to-face modules in which we delve deeply into topics, exercises and self-awareness
• In the ‘in-between’ periods, we support participants in their development and in applying what they have learnt through group calls and one-to-one coaching sessions
• Through self-study, participants explore the topics in depth at their own pace and according to their needs

This programme has a tried-and-tested structure and framework and is firmly established – but it can easily be combined with your leadership guidelines and values and tailored precisely to your needs.
