Teams today face particular pressure: change, new ways of working and increasing demands shape their daily lives. That is precisely why it is worth taking a moment to pause and focus on what makes a team strong, healthy and high-performing in the long term.

Our approach is based on the belief that a team’s vitality rests on eight key pillars. Together with you, we’ll examine these pillars and create a space for reflection, discussion and realignment – openly, honestly and in a practical way.

In our ‘TeamWorkshop’, we’ll help you take stock of where you stand as a team: Where are you at? What is sustaining you – and where do you need fresh impetus? This is not about quick fixes, but about sustainable development that strengthens both your relationships and your collaboration.

As a reliable partner, we accompany you on this journey and design team processes that are individual, flexible and tailored precisely to your situation.

Let’s have a chat – together with you, we’ll develop a bespoke programme for your team.

We look forward to hearing from you!

Our TeamWorkshop

The eight pillars of our TeamWorkshop

I. Looking Ahead – Identifying the Team’s Contribution to the Company’s Success

The success of teams depends, among other things, on whether they are familiar with the company’s overarching strategy and can identify their own team’s contribution to it.

II. Building Cohesion – Examining Relationship Dynamics Within the Team

Relationships within teams are like bank accounts: you can deposit into them or they can be emptied. In any case, they must be nurtured to establish a strong sense of unity.

III. Speaking Frankly – Dealing with Conflicts Constructively Within the Team

To develop as a team, an open and honest culture of conflict resolution is required. This also involves recognising and respecting the needs of different personalities.

IV. Working Hand in Hand – Ensuring Effective Collaboration

Clarity regarding the different roles and responsibilities leads to improved collaboration and, consequently, higher team performance.

V. Sharpening the Saw – Identifying Inefficient Processes

Appropriate and well-utilised tools, as well as lean processes, ensure that team members can carry out their tasks efficiently.

VI. Establishing an Ideas Lab – Creating Space for Inspiration

Regularly setting aside time and space for new ideas and inspiration helps ensure that your company remains marketable and competitive.

VII. Reaping the Rewards – Celebrating Successes Together

Focusing on successes, acknowledging them and celebrating them creates motivation and new momentum.

VIII. Recharging Your Batteries – Managing Your Own Resources Mindfully

To stay full of energy, it is important to keep your own needs in mind and to regularly take time to recharge.

Process

I. Initial Assessment via an Online Survey

In an online survey agreed upon in advance, we first establish the team’s current status by individually assessing the current state of all eight pillars, thereby gaining an initial overview of the situation.

II. Analysis and Tailored Workshop Recommendation

Based on the team survey, we create a bespoke workshop proposal tailored to the team’s needs, which we present to you in advance and agree upon together. We will provide you with personalised and constructive advice to ensure that you and your team derive the greatest possible benefit.

III. Delivery of a 1.5 to 2-day TeamWorkshop

The actual TeamWorkshop takes place at an external venue. During the workshop, we guide the team through all the pillars, take an open and honest look at the status quo, and develop joint, sustainable solutions and approaches.

IV. Support and Optional Coaching

Following the face-to-face workshop, we remain closely by your side and support you over the next 3–6 months with retrospectives and, if required, with individual coaching sessions or workshops on specific topics. We’ll work at the pace and with the intensity that you and your team need to stay on track, embed what you’ve learnt for the long term, or simply have an observer on hand who provides constructive feedback.
