He counsels management and teams on taking new paths and implementing ideas. His focus is on innovation strategy development and the development of a culture of innovation within companies. Peter Schmidt has specialised expertise in the fields of consumer goods, health care, banks, finance and B2B innovation processes.
He is a business economist, systemic consultant and gestalt therapist and for 15 years has held leading positions in the field of sales/marketing (pharmaceutics, OTC, consumer goods).
What drives us onward is essentially one of life’s central issues: “How is innovation brought into the world?” We think the job of grappling with this, in view of the rapidly accelerating changes in commercial life, shouldn't be left to the philosophers alone. Companies demand specific answers. They want to know how value-creating innovations sprout from inventiveness and intuition.
