LEGO® Serious Play® is an effective method for coming up with surprisingly creative solutions, either individually or as part of a team.

Complex questions or problems become tangible and the playful, co-creative process often produces innovative results that are not always possible using the "classic", often rather cerebral method (e.g. brainstorming). The method follows a clear, precise process that I guide as a facilitator.

The possible applications are virtually unlimited: whether in coaching, in the recruitment process, in vision or strategy work or in a team-building workshop, this method is a wonderful way to achieve the desired goal.

Important to know: I never use this method as an end in itself, but I do offer it in the joint clarification of the assignment if it can be a sensible and appropriate way to achieve your goal.
